Craftworks Studio is located at Qualtrough’s Yard, Castletown, Isle of Man
Parking
The easiest free parking for the studio is on Bridge Street, Castletown and then a short walk across the footbridge across the Silverburn river to our studio. For insurance and safety reasons please do not park inside Qualtrough’s Yard itself.
Public Transport: Bus
You can use Bus Vannin, ask the driver for Victoria Road School Bus Stop, cross the road and walk a short distance towards Castletown, you’ll see a narrow footbridge across the Silverburn river that will take you directly to the lane where our studio resides, 2nd unit on your right after crossing the footbridge.
Public Transport: Steam Train
Between March and November, you can take the Steam train that runs between Port Erin and Douglas. Disembark the train at Castletown and proceed the short distance to our Studio on foot, following the Silverburn River towards Castletown. Enter Bridge Street, and on the right hand side you will see a narrow footbridge across the Silverburn river that will take you directly to the lane where our studio resides, 2nd unit on your right after crossing the footbridge.
By Car
Look for Bridge Street, Castletown, free parking is available on both sides of the road, and then a very brief walk across the footbridge to our studio. For those who are mobility impaired, there are no steps to negotiate and the footway is wheelchair accessible. For insurance and safety reasons please do not park in Qualtroughs Yard itself.
